INSURANCE & FEES

Fees listed below are based upon private pay. Insurance coverage and copays are based upon your insurance policy.

  • Intake and assessment $160

  • 55 minute sessions for individuals: $140

  • 55 minutes for couples: $150

  • 90 minutes for couples $190

  • When appropriate, a sliding scale rate is available, based on income and need

  • Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash, check and e-transfers are accepte

 

INSURANCE

An invoice can be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

​

Please contact your insurance provider prior to service to determine if reimbursement will be approved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

A minimum of 48-hour advance notice of cancellation is requested or a late cancellation fee of $110 will be charged (with the exception of illness or emergencies).
